Due to Covid 19 scenario, all our drivers are wearing mask and follow all the standard operating procedures framed by the Government. Hence, all customers should wear mask and be cautious while travelling.
The moment a customer place the booking, an acknowledgement will be provided to the customer. Further, it will be assumed that the booking made by the customer is done after having read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned therewith and agrees on the terms and conditions.
we starting and ending Kms will be calculated from the pickup point of the customer. Customers should not ask the drivers to speed up the driving as our driving speed is maintained as per the guidelines of the local transport authority. However, still if any customer persist on increasing speed, customers are held responsible for any consequences. All parking charges, toll charges, statutory taxes and entry fees etc. are to be paid by the customer.
Car facility of Air Conditioner will not work in the hilly areas and when the vehicle is not running. The customers are requested not to insist on this during those situations.
In the event of the desired vehicle is not available, the customers will be provided with alternative vehicle with the similar facilitated vehicle.
By availing our service, you agreed that only limited number of passengers as mentioned while booking. No extra persons will be allowed. Woow Taxi reserves the right whether to accept or not the extra passengers during outstation travels.
Any change in the booking, need to be made well in advance at least 10 hours before pick-up. Last minute changes cannot be accepted. No refunds will be made in case the customer failed to inform Woow Taxi regarding cancellation or change in schedule etc.
The customers are expected to pay waiting charges in the event of waiting for more than 15 minutes. The customers are required to pay for any extra travel and extral stoppings or waiting.
All outstation bookings will be meant for only outstation trips and not for local travel. The customers cannot use the cab meant for outstation trip for local trips or shopping etc.
The customer need to pay all extra charges such as driver allowance, toll, statutory taxes, parking charges, extra charges on extra kilometers utilisation etc.
Baggage Policy: Woow Taxi has its policy on Baggage of the customers. They are as follows. Any extra baggage will be charged from the customers.
For Sedan type of vehicles (example: Dzier, Etios, Indigo) - 3 persons with 3 baggage of 10 kilos each. b. For Suv type of vehicles - 6 persons with 6 baggages of 10 each.
Woow Taxi Service will not be responsible for any delays caused due to traffic jam or any other disasters which is not under the control of the driver. Customers are expected to be decent behaviour so as drivers. If the driver misbehaves or using derogatory remarks, should be brought to the administrator of Woow Taxi.
